The 7th Annual Classic Tees Off in August
Homestead Springs Golf Course will once again host the event. This year we've moved back a week but early returns haven't seemed to diminish interest. In fact as I finally get around to updating this site there may be only a few openings left. Don't let that deter you, if you are interested give me a call (937) 429-4203 or (937)-768-7600.
It will be hard to top Michael Corbett's hole-in-one highlight from '08 but I am confident the day will be special. Once again we will be playing to benefit the St. Vincent Depaul Food Pantry and the south-end families it serves.
I'm looking forward to once more seeing old friends and possibly some familiar faces joining us for the first time.

Welcome!
It is likely the purpose and
theme of this site will change and/or expand with time. In fact it is
not entirely wrong to say the site is still under construction. For now
I want to provide a web page for past and hopefully new participants of
the Corpus Christi Golf Classic. Our history (yes we do
have a history) tells the story of how this event started and progressed
to date.
Our goal and our hope to create a legacy of outreach in the South End of Columbus, where many of us grew up.
You'll also find pictures from past events, information about
our outreach and the sponsors who have helped us in that effort, and of
course the answer to that important question, "Where do I sign-up?"
50 It's coming, it's here or it's long gone. For me it's here, as it is for most of us who roamed the blocks around Stewart and Linwood Avenues in the 60's.
I would bet life has given all of us "the cheeks" more than once and probably a bit more painfully than those administered by Sister Priscilla.
In those times I have found the 27th Psalm a source of comfort and inspiration. Perhaps you will too.
